That is the story I have been hearing from different homeless people about what they have been told by the police. It has been two weeks now since the police came to my camp. Last time they didn't ask for my name or any other forms of ID. They try to frighten people with the idea they will go to jail. It works with most people. If they ever come back to my camp I will have them write me up a warning instead of giving me a verbal one.

Some people rather to stay in jaiL rather than stay outside in the rain and cold..they said not only they have big house, free food but they have guard too...so what happen if no ID they can put you to jail? And where they want you to go if they want you guys to be out the country?

It is terrible, can't believe this is happpening in the USA. In South Africa, police brutality and intimidation are the norm. IT 'SERIOUSLY' shouldn't be like that in a reat country like yours! I'm ina 3rd world country, what's happening there??? Kinda disturbing!

We all have the right to live. I believe no one can eject us without proper notification.
